Since 2006

Product design at the intersection
of business, technology, and people.

Twenty years shaping digital products for companies of every scale.

About

For nearly two decades, I’ve been designing digital products, interfaces, and systems for organizations including Google, Toptal, NATO, 10 Downing Street, ITV, AVG, Estée Lauder, and Qustodio.

I’m a Product Designer based in Prague, Czech Republic, with Slovak, Hungarian, and German roots. I studied design and programming at Oxford Computer College and City University London.

Alongside client work, I’ve built startups and launched products of my own, which has given me a perspective that extends beyond design into strategy, technology, and execution.

Case Study

Toptal Resume

An AI-assisted resume builder that guides professionals step by step — from work experience to final review — with personalized, AI-generated suggestions along the way.

2026Product DesignerWeb AppToptaltoptal.com/resume

Toptal Resume — work experience step Toptal Resume — step detail Toptal Resume — skills and suggestions Toptal Resume — summary Toptal Resume — success state Toptal Resume — review

Challenge

Writing a strong resume is hard even for experienced professionals. Users struggled with what to include, how to phrase achievements, and how to keep the document focused and concise.

Approach

I designed a guided, step-by-step flow that breaks the resume into manageable sections, pairing each entry with AI-recommended bullets and a live preview so users always see the result of their choices.

Outcome

A self-serve product that turns a blank page into a polished, recruiter-ready resume in minutes, while keeping the user in full control of tone and content.

Awra

A personal health-intelligence app that turns raw tracking data — sleep, nutrition, movement, and mood — into insights people can actually understand and act on.

Awra — health dashboard Awra — habits Awra — insights

Challenge

Health apps collect endless data but rarely explain it. Awra’s premise: tracking was never the problem — understanding it was.

Approach

I designed the product around a single Awra Score that blends nutrition, sleep, hydration, and movement, with plain-language insights and habit loops instead of charts and jargon.

Outcome

A calm, focused app where users see their overall balance at a glance, understand what’s driving it, and build habits that actually matter.

Operationalise

An AI-powered planning tool that turns high-level business goals into structured, step-by-step operational workflows with clear ownership, timelines, and meeting schedules.

Operationalise — quarterly planning workflow Operationalise — workflow detail Operationalise — meeting grid Operationalise — step configuration Operationalise — participants Operationalise — calendar Operationalise — schedule Operationalise — overview

Challenge

Quarterly planning in large organizations happens across silos — goals, OKRs, and meetings live in disconnected documents, and nobody sees the process end to end.

Approach

I designed a visual workflow builder that maps each planning step across functional swimlanes, with granular configuration of owners, inputs, outputs, and participants — and generates the meeting schedule automatically.

Outcome

A single, transparent view of the entire planning cycle that replaces scattered spreadsheets and makes responsibilities and dependencies explicit for every team involved.

Toptal AI

A family of marketing pages for Toptal’s AI services — presenting the full AI stack, from strategy and talent to platforms and managed services, for enterprise and frontier clients.

2026Product DesignerMarketing SiteToptal

Toptal AI — main landing page Toptal AI — case studies Toptal AI — client stories Toptal AI — healthcare industry page

Challenge

Toptal’s AI offering spans strategy, talent, platforms, and data services. Communicating such a broad portfolio without overwhelming visitors was the core design problem.

Approach

I built a clear visual language around the layered “AI Stack” — an anchor illustration reused across pages — and structured each page from a high-level promise down to concrete services, case studies, and proof points.

Outcome

A scalable page system covering the main site, industry variants, and case studies, giving sales a consistent story for every audience from Fortune 500 enterprises to individuals.

Toptal Extended

A landing page for Toptal Extended — talent on demand for multidisciplinary software teams and large groups of operational specialists, ready to deploy at scale.

2024Product DesignerLanding PageToptaltoptal.com/extended

Toptal Extended — landing page

Challenge

Toptal is known for individual elite freelancers. Extended sells something different — whole teams at competitive prices — and the page had to reposition the brand without diluting it.

Approach

I led with the scale story — teams, groups, and verified talent profiles — supported by the screening process, engagement models, and logos of brands already hiring this way.

Outcome

A focused page that explains the new offering in one scroll and gives visitors a single, clear action: hire talent now.

Toptal Coaching

A marketplace and landing experience for Toptal’s executive coaching services, connecting leaders with rigorously vetted, world-class coaches.

2025Product DesignerMarketing SiteToptal

Toptal Coaching — landing page

Challenge

Coaching is a trust-driven purchase. The page needed to make an intangible service feel concrete and credible enough for executives to schedule a call.

Approach

I put the coaches themselves at the center — real people, verified credentials, and the brands they’ve worked with — and kept the path to scheduling a call short and prominent.

Outcome

A page that presents coaching with the same rigor as Toptal’s talent network and converts interest into scheduled conversations with matched coaches.

Case Study

Staffing.com

A content platform by Toptal where world-class executives discuss the future of work — podcasts, insights, and analysis on the talent economy.

2024Product DesignerEditorial PlatformToptalstaffing.com

Staffing.com — editorial platform

Challenge

Staffing.com needed to feel like an editorial publication, not a corporate blog — a place where Chief People Officers of major brands would want to appear.

Approach

I designed an editorial system built around people: podcast episodes, expert profiles, and peer-reviewed articles, each format with a clear hierarchy and its own rhythm on the page.

Outcome

A publication-grade experience that positions Toptal at the center of the future-of-work conversation and showcases executives from Verizon, Amazon, Kroger, and beyond.
